Vapour supports a friend of the business with his gruelling boxathon in aid of mental health charity

At the end of May, Warren Bone – channel manager at Panasonic – will step into the ring to raise as much money as he can for the Frank Bruno Foundation.

The charity was established to help relieve the social, emotional and psychological difficulties that affect the mental health of children, young people and adults. It’s perhaps therefore no surprise that Vapour wanted to support this worthy cause (we’re just grateful we don’t have to don any boxing gloves of our own!

When Warren – affectionately known as Wozza – straps on his gloves though, he will hopefully be a little more spurred on. Because Vapour isn’t just backing Warren with a typical donation. Instead, we’ve had a pair of gloves custom made and embroidered with the name of Wozza and his three children (because we’ve a feeling he may need a little more motivation throughout his exhausting challenge!)

The gloves have been expertly crafted by iBox Customise – the same team who made Conor McGregor’s gloves and headgear when he fought Nate Diaz. We therefore hope they’ll be a special momento for Wozza, long after his 24 hour-boxathon is over.

Rumour has it that Frank Bruno himself will be popping in during the event too, so at least Wozza will look the part!
