Vapour’s busiest new year start set the wheels of the renewals team in full motion in January, and it’s safe to say that momentum has continued — with customers old and new investing in our leading cloud technology.
With connectivity, BT Voice, and Veeam backup services dominating the renewals in February and March, we’re seeing heightened appeal and demand for VoIP, broadband, and security-centric solutions across a broad spectrum of markets.
From consulting and insurance to manufacturing and education, the diverse sectors represented in our activity are testament to the wide-ranging applications of our offerings.
Having chosen Vapour as its ongoing cloud storage provider earlier this year, we’re delighted to see ITG Technology, who we’re heading into our eighth year of partnership with, add Veeam backup to its existing support infrastructure — not only for the organisation itself, but as the reseller for a Manchester-based financial planning firm too.
Manufacturing company Chiorino UK and specialist recruitment group Sharp Consultancy have pledged further investment into BT Voice. This fully-hosted phone system offers powerful flexibility for growing SMEs — offering secure, easy-to-use, centralised communications that help teams stay connected from anywhere in the world.
A number of organisations have also chosen Vapour to continue supporting their connectivity needs in 2023 and beyond — including real estate services provider Mitha Enterprise, Ipswich-headquartered Ballams Chartered Accountants, and The Brooksbank secondary school in Elland. Zorab Insurance Services has also enlisted our team to deliver 100/1000Mbps to its premises in Romsey, on top of its existing contract.
As we buckle up for a typically pacey spring season, we’re looking forward to seeing further success over the coming weeks and months, and wish to extend thanks to our customers for their continued faith in our problem-solving toolkit.
Here’s to unlocking growth, driving change, fuelling innovation, boosting productivity and removing workplace headaches across the board.
